As a condiment for first pasta courses; omelettes, meats crostini,for pasta or meat dishes.
TASTE: Delicate and light taste of summer truffle.
PRESERVATION: 12 months: store at temperature -22 / -22 °. Once defrosted the product should not be frozen again and can be stored in the fridge maximum 1 day.
